SF-NPI-ASP – Supplyframe NPI Value Acceleration SP
The Supplyframe NPI Value Acceleration Success Program is a service subscription, which entitles a customer to request Siemens to perform any of following services related to the Supplyframe NPI SaaS Offering during the Subscription Term:
(i) assistance in value orchestration and setting up a risk mitigation plan,
(ii) assistance in the configuration process via guided structured walkthrough sessions with super-users,
(iii) online walkthrough sessions, offline configuration services and remote guided training,
(iv) instructor-led training sessions on the out-of-the-box solution, data preparation and upload guidance for initial go-live,
(v) data integration troubleshooting and support,
(vi) value realization advisory and assessment.
Siemens will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill customer’s requests for advice or consulting within 5 working days.
SF-DS-ASP – Supplyframe DirectSource Value ASP
The Supplyframe DirectSource Value Acceleration Success Program is a service subscription, which entitles a customer to request Siemens to perform any of following services related to the Supplyframe DirectSource SaaS Offering during the Subscription Term:
(i) assistance in value orchestration and setting up a risk mitigation plan,
(ii) assistance in the configuration process via guided structured walkthrough sessions with super-users,
(iii) online walkthrough sessions, offline configuration services and remote guided training,
(iv) instructor-led training sessions on the out-of-the-box solution, data preparation and upload guidance for initial go-live,
(v) data integration troubleshooting and support,
(vi) Hypercare support during sourcing events over first year and value realization advisory and assessment services.
Siemens will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill customer’s requests for advice or consulting within 5 working days.
SF-BM-ASP – Supplyframe Buymanager Value Acceleration SP
The Supplyframe Buymanager Value Acceleration Success Program is a service subscription, which entitles a customer to request Siemens to perform any of following services related to the Supplyframe Buymanager SaaS Offering during the Subscription Term:
(i) assistance in value orchestration and setting up a risk mitigation plan,
(ii) assistance in the configuration process via guided structured walkthrough sessions with super-users,
(iii) online walkthrough sessions, offline configuration services and remote guided training,
