Expanding Our Global DSI Network For Engineering and Supply Chain Professionals

Each month, the Wevolver platform reaches millions of engineers around the globe, providing them with deeply informative content, practical resources, and the latest new surrounding developments in semiconductors, robotics, AI, manufacturing processes, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Supplyframe’s own DSI Network contains over 70 websites and vertical search engines that provide engineers with real-time intelligence, deeper insights into emerging trends, and purpose-built solutions that help teams make smarter sourcing decisions.

“Supplyframe and Wevolver both support engineering professionals throughout their research, development, and supply chain journey.”

– Bram Geenen, CEO at Wevolver

After being acquired by Siemens in 2021, Supplyframe has begun integrating our industry-leading intelligence and purpose-built capabilities into the Siemens Xcelerator open digital business platform.

With exciting integrations like Supplyframe’s DSI capabilities in Teamcenter, this new acquisition by Siemens will enable us to further expand the reach of our insights and bolster the strength of our global DSI Network.

By combining our forces, Supplyframe can benefit from Wevolver’s reach and expertise, while at the same time integrating our market intelligence and commodity-level insights into Wevolver’s content, which will further enhance the value for engineers and designers.

“The addition of Wevolver to the Supplyframe portfolio further enhances Supplyframe’s ability to help manufacturers and distributors get the latest technology in front of engineers when they are researching tomorrow’s designs.”

– Ryan Crouch, VP Sales of Media, eCommerce and DesignSense Solutions at Supplyframe

A Look at What’s Next

Since Supplyframe was founded in 2003, our goal has always been to transform the way innovators interact with electronics component suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. To that end, we have exponentially grown our global DSI Network to incorporate over 12 million engineering and sourcing professionals.

Each day, these innovators are using our purpose-built solutions and search engines like Finchips and Component Search Engine, to better understand both the macro and micro factors that go into every sourcing and design decision they make.

Wevolver will play a critical role in helping us better serve this global community of industry professionals.

Beyond sheer reach, we look forward to leveraging Wevolver’s expertise in digital campaigns to better showcase our intelligence and insights alongside their deep and meaningful content regarding trends, technologies, and innovations that matter to the engineering community.

This is an exciting milestone for Supplyframe, and a monumental step forward in our vision for the global Design-to-Source Intelligence (DSI) Network.
